In these sessions we focus on creating resilience, both individually and in community.
It includes personal practices such as deep breathing and meditation,
to quiet the mind, create clarity, and a state of inner calm,
as well as sharing useful coping strategies.
In addition we focus on actions we can take in our communities
to adapt to the coming changes brought on by climate destabilization.
